No BSODs since.

All hangs and near-crashes have had their source and cause identified. Most of them are games glitches and errors. Only a few times have had to restart prematurely. For example when killing floor managed to crash my explorer, it recovered ok but i did a normal/safe shut down and started in safe mode the next time just in case. Mirror's Edge doesn't like being minimized and then brought back and on top of these dozens of game bugs and crashes. No OS crippling errors or BSODs though.

Addition: Many times, even if you think your machine is not going to recover from the black screen or other hanged state, it actually can recover by itself. Sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes (worst cases of temporary overload that make the system feel unresponsive or lag hard) and in that time most people have already raged and forced hardware-shutdown lol x x x
